Editor-in-chief Arabelle Stieg will take over as editor-in-chief of the renowned food and drink magazine ESSEN & TRINKEN on 1 November 2025. With her keen sense for culinary trends, editorial quality and the needs of readers, she has had a decisive influence on the magazine in recent years. Now it's time for the next step.

Arabelle Stieg, who studied English and German language and literature, joined ESSEN & TRINKEN as head of copywriting in 2005. In 2015, she took over as editor-in-chief.
