Friedrich Becker honoured with the Golden Badge of Honour of the German Raiffeisen Association

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Raiffeisenverband Westfalen-Lippe (RVWL), Friedrich Becker, was awarded the Golden Badge of Honour of the German Raiffeisen Association (DRV) at the Annual General Meeting of Raiffeisen Vital eG last week in Werl. The badge of honour and certificate were presented to him by DRV Managing Director Jörg Migende.

As the DRV emphasises, Friedrich Becker has rendered great services to the cooperative sector through his work on the supervisory boards of Raiffeisen Vital and RVWL, as well as through his work on the DRV Executive Committee. ‘Of course, this also applies to his work on the Supervisory Board of Landwirtschaftsverlag. With his concise and intelligent contributions, he always gets to the heart of the matter and always keeps an eye on the essentials,’ says Hubertus Beringmeier, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Landwirtschaftsverlag and President of the Westphalian-Lippe Agricultural Association, describing the achievements of the honouree.

Friedrich Becker runs an arable farm in Werl-Budberg (Soest district) and has represented the shareholder Raiffeisenverband Westfalen-Lippe on the supervisory board of Landwirtschaftsverlag since 2021.
