Current information from the management on the status of negotiations for the complete takeover of Deutsche Medien-Manufaktur by Landwirtschaftsverlag Münster

As already communicated in March, Landwirtschaftsverlag Münster is in intensive talks with RTL Deutschland / Gruner+Jahr about the complete takeover of all shares in Deutsche Medien-Manufaktur (DMM). The shareholders are negotiating purposefully and in a very good atmosphere. The negotiations are at an advanced stage and the shareholders expect them to be successfully concluded in the next few weeks. As is required for such transactions, notification has already been made to the German Federal Cartel Office.
