'We want to remain the leading media and service partner for agriculture, food and rural life in Germany and Poland in the future. To achieve this, we need to join forces and ensure brand management and product management from a single source. Olaf will help us with his knowledge and provide new impetus.', emphasises Dr Ludger Schulze Pals, managing director of Landwirtschaftsverlag.
„We will restructure publishing to be channel-specific (print, digital and events) and merge marketing and product management. In future, we will consistently focus on the needs of our customers. The more intensively we work together – within publishing and in conjunction with the editorial team and the media sales department – the greater the synergy effects will be.“, Olaf Holzhäuser is certain.
The trade media are of great importance to the Landwirtschaftsverlag group of companies. In Germany alone, this sector generates well over €50 million in revenue. „Our goal is to further increase profitability and identify and leverage potential for new business.“, Schulze Pals outlines his expectations for the new publisher.
